virtual contests should be rated. just ensure the solutions can’t be seen

it would definitely help out a lot of people who are stuck in lower ratings.

it would definitely be beneficial as long as cheating can be prevented.

it is more fair than you think — don’t say it’s not fair because of later starting times — it doesn’t matter
