if everyone could create rated contests, more contests will be available

it's a win-win

more practice problems which is very IMPORTANT

i urge you to consider allowing everyone to create rated contests with the ability to make their own problems.

if contest itself is bad, just dont participate — it's only an advantage

i am a believer of reason: there ARE NO DOWNSIDES NO ONE CAN NAME A REASON OF A PROBLEM WITH THIS

It's not great because if everyone is able to create the contest then the participation per contest decreases. This is the same as the country printing more money!
