In my country many sites are blocked.

Luckily Codeforces isn't blocked in my country, and I'm looking for OI groups on CF.

If you know such groups please comment it. It will be very helpful. And for some reasons I can't use vpn.

EDIT: Thanks Ambersand & _elliot_alderson, I can access to sites with Tor Browser now. It's a bit slow but it isn't a big problem.

Yep, it's the Brazillian Olympiad in Informatics (OBI in Portuguese) website. All problems there are OBI problems. For those who cannot access the official website or don't know Portuguese, there's this. Just search "OBI" on the search bar and most recent problems should show up.

Which country do you live in? It's weird that competitive programming sites would be blocked.

I think there are things common in all of them made it be blocked by your country.

I think the reason, maybe, the hosting provider of those websites, Cloudflare, for example, proxies that blocked by your country, etc..

Yes, but I didn't like the problems in it. I also tried train.usaco.org. I'm in section 4.1.

The gold medalists of INOI lead a group that helps people prepare for the INOI each year. They provide many OI-style, combinations, and graph problems. Shaazzz, their website, has useful blogs. and you can also use Shaazzz quide but they may need to be translated. Quera also has INOI final exam problems and OI-style problems, but they may require translation as well.

Since VPNs don't seem to work, have you tried Tor or I2P?

Hi, Vietnamese have this group. It has several OI-style contests and problem sets that you may find helpful. The statements, however, are most if not all in Vietnamese so you have to use some translator to read them.

This group is kind of an archive of old problems (we now have a new website for them), but they were practiced by generations of Vietnamese students so I believe there's still a lot of value in them. Some of the problems have editorial, you can PM me on Codeforces when you need them. Good luck!
