What happened to Meta Hackercup 2023?

Are there any plans to conduct the Meta Hacker Cup 2023 edition? Just like how Google announced farewell to its kickstart, code jam and hashcode this year, is the Meta company going to announce the same way that this year the 2023 Hacker Cup is not going to be conducted?

Considering that the Qualification Rounds happen at the end of August or earlier (2020), and task preparation takes a lot of time, the chances of MHC being conducted are slim, as even with the August Qualification timeline, the finals happen in/around mid December. And right now, no announcement has been made.
