I was searching for the upcoming regionals and found that the registration has started for the preliminary online round for Amritapuri region and the prelims are set to be held 26th November. But apart from that I couldn't find any information or announcements about it anywhere. Also when will the preliminary rounds for other regions in India be announced and what are the number of slots for the onsite round to be held? Can anyone provide any updates.
Upd: All regionals for this year will have a common preliminary round on November 26th (might change later). Last date to register for it: November 15th

Where can we find selection criteria for all the regionals?
They haven't released it yet for this year, although you can lookup the last years announcements. About 130-140 seats were there for Amritapuri last year ig.

I did the payment and it takes 4-5 days for the team to get accepted so you might do it fast.

What are the qualification rules for each of the regions, for the prelims? Does the best team from each college always qualifies for regionals?
Amritapuri has not yet decided their selection criteria , Usually the top team from each college gets qualified if they solve atleast 1 question but last year Amritapuri tweaked their rules .
