Why 'https://www.codeforces.com' doesn't work but 'https://codeforces.com/?' works?

I can access 'Code Forces' through this link: https://codeforces.com/

But can't be accessed through https://www.codeforces.com/
[It show's 403 Forbidden]

Does anyone know what is happening?
