Probably it is the similar case. However there could be another explanations — for example person suffered a kind of (metal) health breakdown, experiments with new approach to solving tasks, blind typing etc.
He/She is learning another programming language, ;)
Usually it does not affect people that hard — he/she/it is really struggling for almost half a year! ;-)

Looks like he or she plays Special Olympiad and wants to get +1500 to rating in the following 2-3-4 SRMs. And to get this "huge progress" he of she needs to decrease the current rating into about 0.

But worse went down immediately, the user in the picture had high rating then suddenly went down.
I think perfect matching can be this rating graph... :)though he/she has gained the old position again...He always solve problem C to make unsuccessfull hacks
i think he has finished in last position in most of the contests he has done. :D
the biggest coincidence (?) is that even his profile pic shows a graph which keeps going down!
He is good enough to solve problem C and sometimes D too. But what he does is, making too many unsuccessful hack... The almighty knows well, what is his intention, but he wants to hold the last position... :/

Ilona Inc. is mentioned in a joke by Ilona (in Russian: http://codeforces.com/blog/entry/5245). It's a fictious organization which you can pay for rating adjustment.
