Last Div3 rounds edmond_ssoi solved contest with someone else.Now he is standing top1 on div3.You can check his submissions 246124328 , 246115805 and 246115835 .His templates are different and he solved problems A and B at one moment.It is strange.Vladosiya may you cancel edmond_ssoi's submissions please?

    I think there is no tool to report sumbission.But you can write blog/comment and mention about submissions.
