  • I haven't cheated in any contest.
  • My rating is definitely lower than 1600 (Look at my color!)
  • If you ask for my "Real" rating, it's 1400+954-350-500=1504 (for I have taken part in 2 rated contests)

So, I should be rated but it says no?

Please tell me why I'm not rated!

(Apologize for my bad English)

Because the div3 is in the hacking phase now. When it finishes, the ratings will be distributed.

Quoting the forever-repeated part:

To qualify as a trusted participant of the third division, you must:

  • take part in at least five rated rounds (and solve at least one problem in each of them),
  • do not have a point of 1900 or higher in the rating.

You are not qualified for the 1st part (only having two rated rounds so far), so you aren't a trusted participant, therefore not existing in the official standings. Yet rest assured, as:

Regardless of whether you are a trusted participant of the third division or not, if your rating is less than 1600 (or you are a newcomer/unrated), then the round will be rated for you.

So if my rating is between 1600~1900,I can be found on the standing but I am unrated?

Since it's already unrated for you, you won't be in the official standings anyway. Think of the trusted participation system as an added layer to the rated participants only.
