About a month ago I accidentally become a CM after a rating roll back with bug, that certainly can not be counted.

But now I really become a CM! Although with extreme luck (*^ω^*)

I learned C language in Jan 2023, started CP 2 month ago (wishing to join the XCPC team in my university) and learned how to program in cpp and how to use STL just 6 weeks ago, and I made it! I'm in purple now!

I have never been absent from any codeforces round after March 28th, even if some of them was unrated for me, because I was so eager to improve. But for today's Div2, I'm going to stay behind :) Although I have solved a red interactive problem in last Div2 round and there seems to be at least 2 interactive problems in the 5 problems of today's round, I can't take the risk of losing my purple name in 24 hours orz

Congratulations! Although, of course, I'd still advise you to do today's round. You'll regain CM in no time, even if you do lose it, so don't worry.

Do you mind sharing how you got so good at CP with just 2 months of experience? Do you have a strong math background or have you just been grinding topics? Thanks!

Sorry, I forgot to say, but congrats!

Actually not just 2 months of experience. The C programming lessons in my university is just like CP (but with much less difficulty), we will have a contest every Thursday night in IOI rules, and the difficulty is lower than div4 round. And after finishing the lesson in that term I worked as a tutor of this lesson, and provided problems and tested the problems. So after nearly a year of this kind of "CP", when I started real CP 2 months ago, I'm already at an expert level.

And it is true that you don't need pretty much advanced data structures to reach expert because when I started CP 2 months ago I have nearly no knowledge of them, and that didn't prevent me becoming expert within 4 rounds.

Probably. And maybe some simple dp and greedy methods as well:)

So you're just insanely talented?) UPD: I misread your comment a little bit)) But given your fresh start in cf, I still think you have talent in cp))
