Participation on Codeforces.com has improved my problem-solving skills and code efficiency significantly, which played huge role in landing my first offer from a BigTechCompany (let's say). Even though Im not pro at competitive programming the skills I have gained have been invaluable, not just in my work as a software engineer but also in daily routine like budgeting (don’t ask how!) and other problem-solving activities. And I am curious to know how others with rank<=1800 benefit from Codeforces in their work or daily life.

if u r student i guess it is OK, but anyway management is very important or maybe you need some rest at least for 1 week (touch the grass) it really helps me, it is even not a management i guess it is more about self caring. If u r not student i mean if u alumni then i do not know, in this case we need advises from others.
