"Temporarily" disable "Talks" function for competitors

I suggest "temporarily" disable "Talks" function for those who are competing in official competition.

In today's CF #272 competition, I got contest1234's message which want to get a copy my code.

I thought it's a little annoying and this is cheating, so I didn't reply.

Of course, when contest is ended, then this function should be available again :)

Updated:

My statements seems a little misleading.

I think competitors "in contest" should not be allowed to send/receive any message (excepts "Questions about problems" function in their contest or send to/receive from those who manage the contest).

Well, it kinda doesn't takes your time, and of course you won't answer, so I don't think it's necessary, right?

    The contest rule said: "When you take part in individual contests, don't talk about the problems with other contestants."

    Even most of people behave themselves well, and follow the CF rules, some people don't.

    This is the minimum anti-cheating measures on CF.

    So far, I just attended individual contests. Maybe for team contests, this action is not applicable.

I see your C failed systest, what if you gave it to him?) BTW, he got AC => his strategy of writing contests is not so bad)

But I have a suggestion — open preblem statements in first 5 seconds of contest (don't update them), and don't read any messages (or you're waiting for someone who'll give you code for E? :D).

    I'm new to CF. This message is the first (and the only one) Talks I got so far in CF. The CF system send a notify e-mail to me, and my smart phone on my desk alarmed. After my Problem C passed pretest and got the message, I am still thinking about Problem D and E; but about 10 mins later, I have no idea about Problem D and E, then I began to look around for idea, take some rest and open the message...

      Turn off this notifications) I don't have an idea what's that for. Moreover, it's always better to view other solutions or run sended codes on different tests instead of messing around with smart phone or messages.

    also i use for hack someone, i will send wrong-code who cant solve it and i will hack, but it never works

This guy is crazy.Iranian coders made a site named kahoo for asking questions.he made many accounts and asked many silly questions,every one left the site,and he made the site completely unusable. he has many other accounts here in CF,and he had made every one crazy,so if you see any thing like that again,just don't take care to him.
