Help in Gym #100676 Problem G

Getting MLE on submission, makes me think of my approach as an incorrect one. Please help to fix/correct the above mentioned approach, or provide hints towards the right approach , if mine is wrong.

"or provide hints towards the right approach , if mine is wrong". It's obvious that your approach is wrong as it is giving MLE!
