UPD oh, sorry, I've noticed that Codeforces Round #104 is held in 11 o'clock MSK

It would be great if you add a link to event time announcer (timeanddate.com) so that everybody can see contest start time in their timezones.

Вот не понимаю, почему этот контест не очень популярен среди участников CF. Вот сейчас там очень приличный состав. 13-е место мне понравилось =)

Could anyone share its solution of KSUBSUM? 
I have tried to solve it according to the paper: "Improved algorithms for the k maximum-sums problems"  but TLE :-(
