Hi!
I have problems with DP on digits. For example this problem https://icpcarchive.ecs.baylor.edu/index.php?option=onlinejudge&page=show_problem&problem=4538 ( 6527 — counting ones ) I was wonder if there's a way to understand better DP on digits, or a clue to do this problem.
