I'm happy because there are many rated contests in the near future, but... when I saw this:
something crazy come into my mind:
I wonder what happend if about 23 hours later a low rated purple user (rating < 1940) register both CROC Elimination and India Hacks (Div 1), and then he/she perform badly on CROC, since the CROC elimination is rated, his/her rating will go down and become blue coder again, then here is the interesting part:
Since he/she has been registered in India Hacks (Div 1), will he/she (div 2) be able to compete on that (div 1) contest? I'm very curious about that =)

Another advantage is: it allowed to register div.2 after becoming div.2. So maybe competing in both division is good idea(?) Imagine double rating change simultaneously, I wonder how the rating graph look like after "dual" rating update ;)
