In the recent rounds (last 1.5 years) I have noticed that when a Div1+2 Round is held the Div1 round has an id less than the Div2 round, but in the past it has been the opposite (the Div2 round has id less than the Div1 one). I was gonna ask whether there is a special order for id's of Rounds? or is this something random?
