No idea why the problems can't be brought over to Codeforces or some other archive. Really makes me sad, and I'm sure others as well.
MikeMirzayanov and maybe LiTi would have to answer this question ultimately. I'm guessing they no longer want to share their problemset publicly, or perhaps it is an issue of not having an active maintainer.
That's really sad :( . I just hope it is some maintenance thing and is up after some time or at-least they migrate the problemset to codeforces.
