a lot of greens are satisfied by Div.3 rounds.
candidate masters can get points easily now with Div.2 only rounds.

I agree, there should be one other type of contests in which only experts are allowed.
Just make a new division for every color group
the changes are messing with ranks equilibrium, lower ranks get to expert easier, same case with purple and yellow rank.
Interesting, everybody wants to change Codeforces :)
