Hi folks, Since ACPC is only two weeks apart, i thought it was time for teams participating in the contest to know each other.     How come would 6 teams qualify from the same college? Some of the listed teams have ranks as low as 34th and 52nd.

      It was announced in the closing ceremony that teams with 3+ solved problems and have a sponsor can request to participate in the ACPC officially.

        I dunno why all my comments are being downvoted after asking that question. But from my personal experience, the ACPC barely accepted 2 more teams from FE-CU despite ranking 19th and 33rd. So I thought that it must have been not easy to get more teams accepted and 6 looked like a weird number of teams qualifying from a single college. Anyway, best of luck for all of them, but it's just sad that some teams with higher ranks wouldn't be able to participate because we can't secure more funding.

Is all teams going to participate from Sharm el-Sheikh? Because the Palestinian teams are going to participate from the dead sea in Jordan.. due to the problems in getting Visas for Palestinians in Egypt.

    Most jordanians are going to Sharm el-Sheikh according to my knowledge. So I think that most teams will participate in Sharm el-Sheikh.
