I submitted my solution twice just to ensure it dont get fail in system testing. And later in system testing it showed as +4. But my first solution was right! Whether i should get +3 or not. Means resubmission counts as -50?
The solution considered is the last one that was accepted in pretests. If your last submission was incorrect, you would get zero points, even if the solution you skipped was correct.
If your considered submission was correct, yes, the solution you skipped does count as -50
