Why is CodeChef given the responsibility of conducting such prestigious contests, as it makes the problemset a day before the contest?

There are other sites like CF HR TC HE which can be chosen.

Hey, how about having an actual organising committee that makes problems and is responsible for their quality instead of leaving it to random people online? Radical thought.
