Hi guys! I have just realized, that I can hack some people's solutions outside open-hacking period/contest time, but I am not sure why I can do this and why only to some people. I didn't find anything on the forums, so could someone explain this to me? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your resonse! I am still not sure why I can hack some solutions, but not others. I might have misunderstood the post, but shouldn't I be able to hack every solution?
Actually, since you're in division 2, you should not be able to hack any solution.
It's a bug that sometimes the "hack it!" link is shown (in the submission pop-up box that appears when you double-click an entry in the standings page, for example), but when you click at that link, "You can not hack the submission" will be shown.
