Cheating and Multiple Accounts

Yesterday I reported a guy who was having multiple profiles. By doing this he is breaking the rules of Codeforces . He is also a Cheater like Karanthegreat (May be he jyexohluop is not a legend like Karandi but he is no less.) I posted it in a public comment on this blog but all my comments and its replies were deleted. But how anyone can delete comments of others ?? MikeMirzayanov please have a look at this issue. Guys like Karan and AryaKnight are eating ratings of genuine users.

karandi_gayjar_orz is a fake profile created by AryaPawn or AryaKnight Look at their submissions. My previous blog is heavily downvoted to remove it from the main page !!

Your blogs aren't downvoted because someone wants to silence you, it's because you're spamming and honestly nobody really cares enough about this.

The reality of the situation is that Codeforces does not enforce the one-account rule at all. It exists, but it's just not enforced. I don't know the exact reason, it may be that proving it is too hard and would require manual per-case inspection, or it may be just that admins have deemed its negative impact is not big enough to justify the effort of enforcing it properly.

In any case, do report people cheating, but someone simply having more than one account won't be taken very seriously.

You may disagree with the way this rule exists but is not widely enforced, but at the end of the day this account is not your main either, so if you want to be a stickler for the rules, you'd have to ban yourself, too.

      I don't think it's possible. Admins can obviously remove comments if they deem them inappropriate. Additionally I'm not sure when one is allowed to delete their own comment, but that may remove your comment if it was a reply.

    Today Multiple Accounts are not taken seriously , tomorrow Plagiarism or Cheating will not be taken seriously . Where the fuck genuine users will go ?
