I think it is a bad habit to simply ask "Can somebody give me solution to this xy?"
You obviously haven't even bothered to formulate a specific question, or to explain in any way what is actually unclear. Or that you might come up with a more meaningful topic than "need help".
But expect a nice explanation. In addition, the link is broken.
