Since I am doing regular practice of A and B level questions but in real contest ,I am not able to see improvement in my performance like solving questions fast and my rating gets decreased and now I am confused how to do better .Please help me Thanks in advance

      It has no specific rules, but if you are bad at rounds then do more virtual contests and upsolve them.

      If your rating is currently X try to solve problems with rating [X — 100, X + 200].

      Again, these are not rules they are just suggestions.

            There is no fixed number of minutes, but let's say 30_45 minutes.

Bro check my rating graph, far more lower than yours sometime 5 months before. You only need practice for increasing rating and learning new concepts.

      Resource as such was not there, solve problems, If you cant even approach the question see the editorial and learn new concepts involved in the qs(if any) from cp-algorithms...

only solving A and B isn't enough for increase your rating..sometimes try to solve C and D also..and learn necessary topics and do practice for that.

      That depends on the difficulty of these problems. When you find a problem challenging, ask yourself whether it's "impossible" sort of challenging(then go to the editorial immediately to learn) or it requires more thinking(In that case, think for 10~20min, if still cannot solve, check the editorial and make some notes).
