I see many people upset at beginners asking repetitive questions. The reason for annoyance at this is because many such posts fill up the recent actions part at the bottom.
Instead, similar to how EDU tab is being developed (which i love so much already btw), there should perhaps be a blog tab where blogs can be separated by topic. Announcements of contests could be one subsection, beginner questions another. Other sections too.

It's hard to filter the blogs properly as there are no guidelines for using tags.
Most people don't use the tags properly and hence it's almost impossible to filter blogs properly.
But I think most of the community is annoyed by the frequent "Exposing Cheaters" type of blogs by the unrated alts.
This topic really needs a separate place XD for discussion.
It's almost impossible to create an organized blogs section.
IMO,the best thing we can do is to copy reddit's subreddit feature and create separate sub-blog-things for discussion and keep moderators for each sub-blog-thing to make it more organized.
