Hi I am new here at codeforces and i just joined Codeforces Round #667 (Div. 3). I successfully answered only 1 problem. Does that mean I cannot be rated for just that? I am still unrated. Thank you

Hi I am new here at codeforces

How can you be new at codeforces when you have registered 4 months ago is beyond my imagination...

Look at his submission log. He may have registered a few months ago but started a few days ago, and has not participated in any contests on this account.

Ratings for everyone are updated , few hours after system testing phase or hacking phase.

For the Div 3 contest this time, there are no system tests so after the open hacking phase of about 12 hours the round should be rated for everyone.

And how is the rating calculated ? For eg. I have answered only one question so by how much my rating will increase ?

Add extension CF-predictor to your browser. You can get your approximate rating change from there before the actual rating change.

Add 500 to the rating change (probably negative), since he is unrated.
