I do not think so. You can solve this problems, but to compete on them you'd better quailify to World Finals

We can see ITMO on SPbSU images and vice versa. They're sitting very close.

Если уж icpc2013.ru это официальный сайт соревнования — почему бы туда не повесить ссылки на все сторонние ресурсы, которые могут быть интересны (видео трансляции, текстовые трансляции, "зеркало" соревнования, ссылку на задачи). В общем, вся информация, а не только "официальная", которая на сайте Бэйлора. Просто будет удобнее, если вся исчерпывающая информация будет в одном месте.
Или сайт задумывался только как информация по проведению мероприятия для команд и общих орг. вопросов?
И вопрос к организаторам трансляции от Яндекса — соревнование будет только транслироваться или будет и его запись? Другими словами — стоит ли делать опять рестрим на TwitchTV чтобы потом моменты пересматривать?
Думаю, рестрим в любом случае лучше сделать.
