How to do better in solving constructive problems?

I always has difficulty in solving constructive problems.I usually think hard but I can't solve them.So how to solve them easily?Thanks a lot for your help.

Participate in contests, most of the div.2 have constructive problems.

Just solve as many problems as u can , one day will come when u can build the logic for every constructive problems .
