Do you use any extensions related to mathJAX?
No i don't. I have even tried switching off all of them but nothing happens. BTW codeforces is working fine for me.
Try opening the same website in another browser. If it's the same problem in the other browser, then probably it's a bug with atcoder
Yeah i also think that this is a bug from atcoder because i have tried opening atcoder from my friends laptop/mobile they are also facing same issue.
That's why i am tagging maroonrk here to look into this Because of this reason i am not able to attempt previous two ABC's.
Try clearing cache or browsing data.

Maybe some mathjax CDN issues.
Works for me, so try using inspect element and checking the console, maybe there is some error message, then google that.
