I found a cheater in yesterday's round. He/She was a tester and he/she submitted from another account.

parker0523 = shirakami_fbk

I am not 100% sure but the coding style + template is exactly the same. Also, the submissions of the account are really fast for a low CM and his submission on problem C is very weird(105687315).

Please MikeMirzayanov check this out.

Other than that, he obfuscated his code which broke rule#16. He should be penalized for that.

To be honest, I think the first requirement to be a tester is to be a good friend of the writer. If not, then he / she is not qualified to be a tester. I also want to be a tester, but I know how low the probability of becoming a good friend of writer is, so I never expect it. I think that if it is true, his two accounts should be ban

Testers are chosen somewhat randomly from Mike, I believe. I've been a tester for some contests since he messaged me about a day before and said 'test this plz'.

No of course not, the real message was this:

        Hi!

It would be a real help for Codeforces if you can help with testing of 573.

If you can do it, please, write me back. Don't worry if you want to take part officially or can't test it. I understand :-)

        Thanks, Mike.

First of all, from the nmsl in the code of his question c, he can be sure that he is from China and not Japan. Then, the nohack function shows that he knows the loopholes in question c, and only a few people (writers and testers) know about the loopholes in question c before the game, that is, the probability of him being a tester is very high.

I couldn't understand the point of that nohack function. How does it help with loopholes?

I mean, his algorithm takes advantage of this loophole, and he knows that his wrong algorithm can pass the system test (unless someone creates strong enough hack data), the nohack function itself is useless, this is just like a prayer, but he The way of praying is really ugly.

I don't understand at all why do you have to point out he is from China. What's the difference between a Chinese or a Japanese or a person whatever country you like cheating? Of course, the term nmsl is a derivative of Chinese and is indeed not decent, but how does this bother you? I am very bothered as a Chinese competitor.

As a p*0523 Japanese, if this is true, disappointing.
Very personally view, but I think it's good to make it more clear how the testers are chosen.

I think about half of it is searched by the coordinator, and about half is searched by the writer? But the specific standard is not known for the part where the writer searches. Most writers will find it from their friends?

Hmm, in my case, when I was a writer:

      • First, there were some testers chosen by coordinater-side.
      • When my contest was upcoming, someone who wanted to be a tester sent a message to me. I told it to my coordinator, then I was allowed to add some of them as testers.
      • I didn't find any testers from my friends.(Note: This isn't mean that I don't have CP friends)

      When I was a tester:

      • Sometimes, {I/they} {ask/be asked} nearby contest writers to join as tester(s).
      • I sometimes sent a message to some writers. Sometimes I could join as a tester and sometimes I couldn't.
      • I didn't asked from my friends to join as a tester(Note...)

I heard that sometimes the testers are chosen random and they will receive a message.

Anyway, I don't know clear rules about choosing testers...

I heard that sometimes the testers are chosen random and they will receive a message.

I've heard about 4 people who randomly got messages for testing, and they were all donors on the last CF donation section. So I think that is the most likely case (unless donors around me happened to be extremely lucky).

I don't find picking testers from donors necessarily bad, but I hope CF admins are more clear about this, especially since issues regarding cheaters seem to have worsened recently.

I noticed that after recalculating the rating, his rating still increased. In other words, there is not enough evidence to prove that he cheated? Codeforces officials should be able to find more evidence, such as whether the historical login ips of the two accounts coincide and many more. Or did Mike not notice this post? If everything is true, although I don’t approve of making things big (he is just a middle school student after all), it’s not good to pretend that nothing happened, right?

I'm a Chinese, I love my country, but I downvoted every comment here. (Including yours)

This person is definitely wrong. But he has received enough downvotes so most people here aren't really racialists, which means that there is no need to stress it again (someone already said that, why say it again?).

Posting angry words in some old post just because you saw someone saying bad things about China and also calling others to attack him is just online bullying — I don't think what you did leaves others a good impression on China.

China's positive international profile isn't created by posting angry and belligerent posts on Codeforces (a CP site!), but by hard work of all Chinese people.

Please, do not start politics here. If you think his comments are incorrect, you can downvote him or put forward your views instead of making personal attacks. Anything needs to be discussed objectively, since you mentioned "herefore, instead of establishing one more enemy, it is better to make one more friend.". We oppose racial discrimination, but have nothing to do with "China's development".

Your racism is very severe. If you believe that Chinese always cheat, I think your brain needs to be fixed.

First, logically speaking, you say that "Chinese are the definition of cheating", meaning: "Chinese==cheating", meaning: "Chinese always cheat" and "Cheaters are all Chinese". I'm angry about it because I'm Chinese. I believe cheating is bad, and I also believe some Chinese cheat, but I don't cheat, and there are some cheaters from other countries. It is like you tasting a bad hamburger, and say: hamburgers are all bad. Also, I wonder what you'll say if someone in your country cheats, will you say that all of your country are cheaters?

Second, I believe this idea of racism is very wrong. You are discriminating all the Chinese, including non-cheaters like me and the majority of Chinese.

I think you should change your idea, because your racism is VERY DANGEROUS to the society and the world. If you don't, I can't help you, because in your left brain, there is nothing right, and in your right brain, there is nothing left, and I want to say: nmsl!
