Tag Access

Hello codeforces community

Something grabbed my attention today. I saw I had access to tags of problems of LATOKEN Round 1, and there were options such as Add tag for me. Is it usual? Because I thought tag access is only for contest holders and administrators.

Div1(1900+) candidates have access to the tags of the problems they have solved.
