Why my solutions are in "QUEUE" for so long! Is it usual or is it particularly happening with me?

I submitted 2 problems this one and this one also but both are in queue for nearly 30 minutes. This thing never happened with me before.. Currently there is no running contest as I can see... Is this issue permanent or is it some kinda server problem? Is this issue is particular to just me or is this happening with everyone? Please tell me what should I do.

You can check status of problemset queue, and see that it's a server issue

      They will get tested later on, since they are in "queue" position.
