Hello! I'm happy to announce The 2nd Universal Cup. Stage 8: Guilin, which will be held on November 4th, 2023.

The Regionals of the ICPC in the Asia East Continent and the CCPC National Sites have been taking place. The following stages of the Universal Cup (including Stage 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 21, and 22) are all based on the ICPC Asia East Regionals/Semifinals and CCPC Sites/Finals. The schedule might be adjusted if there are possible conflicts with those regionals.

This contest is prepared by Zhejiang University, which has already been used as The 9th China Collegiate Programming Contest Guilin Site.

You can participate in the contest in the following time windows:

• 02:00 (UTC) on Saturday — 07:00 (UTC) on Saturday

• 05:00 (UTC) on Saturday — 10:00 (UTC) on Saturday

• 08:00 (UTC) on Saturday — 13:00 (UTC) on Saturday

• 11:00 (UTC) on Saturday — 16:00 (UTC) on Saturday

• 13:00 (UTC) on Saturday — 18:00 (UTC) on Saturday

• 15:00 (UTC) on Saturday — 20:00 (UTC) on Saturday

• 18:00 (UTC) on Saturday — 23:00 (UTC) on Saturday

Due to the Meta Hacker Cup, we added two additional windows:

• 15:00 (UTC) on Sunday — 20:00 (UTC) on Sunday

• 18:00 (UTC) on Sunday — 23:00 (UTC) on Sunday

This contest is prepared by Zhejiang University, which is based on The 20th Zhejiang Provincial Collegiate Programming Contest, The 20th Zhejiang University of Technology Collegiate Programming Contest and The 16th Hangzhou Normal University Programming Contest. If you have participated in any of these contests or solved any problem from these contests, please skip this round.

As usual, we have three time windows for participating. You can participate in the contest in the following three time windows:

• May 6th 13:00 — 18:00 (UTC +8)
• May 7th 19:00 — 24:00 (UTC +8)
• May 7th 02:00 — 07:00 (UTC +8)

Please note that you can see two scoreboards in DOMjudge. The 'Local Scoreboard' shows the standings ONLY IN THE CURRENT TIME WINDOW. And the 'Combined Scoreboard' shows all participants, including the onsite participants, and the cup participants in the previous time windows.

This contest is prepared by Zhejiang University, which has already been used as the The 47th ICPC Asia Hong Kong Regional Contest. There are 127 teams participating in the Regional. This contest also serves as Day 3 in 2023 Winter Petrozabodsk Camp on Feruary 2nd, 2023.
