The site a2oj.com is not working. I wanted to access the ladders but am unable to do so. Does anyone know the cause of the problem?

Why has the number of contests decreased over the last 10 days, there was just 1 contest yesterday. How are these contests determined, also I can't see any upcoming contests in CONTESTS Section?

I just wanted to ask how can one one write problem statements for contest, I have an idea about a basic math problem(Div-2 B/C) but do not know where to submit it. Can anyone help?
