This doesn't work for me.

It says "Only Div.2 users can register on this round."

But as it's just a virtual participation, there shouldn't be any restrictions on participant's rating.

Please help me. I want to be able to participate in SRM 724.

My city is called "Urmia" and it's not called "Orūmīyeh". (some people mistakingly write it as Orūmīyeh but it's not the right way to write it.)

But i see that its name has been changed from "Urmia" to "Orūmīyeh" in codeforces.
