I'm new in programming.How to practice it and develop my skills?

Tips ------------------ For those who are new in programing,I prefer you should learn C/C++ before any other languages. This will give you basic of programing knowledges and how the programing works. To become a better programmer always be consistent in learning and practice. And practice at least 2 hours a day.
