I want to organise a local problem solving contest for my college friends , is it possible to do so here? I researched a little bit and found that it is possible to create a private group but i couldn't make a contest in the group and import some problems to it.

Is there any way to create a local online problem solving contest? If its not possible on codeforces , perhaps somewhere else. Could you please help me?
