I used the Codeforces API to get the rating changes of the users who are now in top5000 to get the data, so if someone was in top10 but is not in top5000 now, there may be some small mistakes.

I made the video using Dynamic Ranking Visualization. And the codes written by me is here.

P.S. The numbers changes continuously in the video, so the rating in the picture is not the exact value.
