My opinion- I think currently telegram is the only platform where mass cheating happens currently(even if you are aware of other platforms, please don't write their names in the comments to make it the next center for mass cheating). If telegram agrees any group gets automatically blocked(immediately) if there are 50-100 reports against that group, then may be we can easily stop mass cheating. We can suggest this idea to telegram through play store or other social media platforms, they will have to agree if a lot of people make noise.
