Ukraine already has such a website — https://data.oi.in.ua/people. But I would like to make it more interesting and so that it is not limited to Ukraine alone. We must do everyone from the CIS countries, to begin with. It would also be nice to add not only the winners of the 4th stage (at the country level) or the winners of the IOI (or ICPC final), but also the winners of regional or city olympiads. Well, in general, it is necessary to follow not only among schoolers, but also among students.

The Codeforces platform is very popular among programmers, but by launching this database built into Codeforces, the site will become a little more interesting for people who are already elderly programmers and now, for example, are looking for employees. For example, a person comes to get a job. He is asked to tell about himself. But instead, one could simply drive his name into the search. If he is there, then his reputation will automatically grow.
