For some reason, I am unable to fund anything similar at CodeChef. The closest I was able to find is the Section 9 of Terms of Service — https://www.codechef.com/terms. However the section does not stipulate that "Competitors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to Submissions".↵

**UPD** 2018-10-11: After contacting CodeChef support with the description of the issue, the nice CodeChef folks amended the Terms to include Section 10 — Code Intellectual Property. Problem solved!↵
