A2OJ LADDERS VS CODEFORCES RATING PROBLEMS

Can anyone please suggest me whether to practice from codeforces 1600-1900 problems would be better for me or whether i should go to a2oj ladders or another similar site I usually practice from codeforces main reason being due to oldness of a2oj question

If I am wrong anywhere sorry for that
