Bug in solution System (My First solution coincides with my second solution )

Hello Everyone , I received two messages today from System

First message : Attention! Your solution 154313299 for the problem 1669C significantly coincides with solutions IssamOtoz/154313299, IssamOtoz/154345049

Second one : Attention! Your solution 154345049 for the problem 1669C significantly coincides with solutions IssamOtoz/154313299, IssamOtoz/154345049

the both submissions of them for me 154345049 , 154313299 (I coincides of my self )

I have just received a mail from codeforces that I have been plaggerized in codeforces round 784(DIV4) .

And the mail content is :

Your solution 154335204 for the problem 1669C significantly coincides with solutions sanchitjain336/154333343, sanchitjain336/154335204. Such a coincidence is a clear rules violation. Man, I am the sanchitjain336 only , have submitted the same solution 2 times because of a network issue their system is not accepting my first solution, and its there in the queue for almost 3-4 minutes. How can i get plagiarized from one of my solutions only, this is ridiculous, My whole effort to increase rank in the contest goes to vain .

Is there any way to get in touch with codeforces team for the same? Pls reply
