3-5 problems per day during my summer vacation. 2-3 during semester time.
10-12 hours a day doing CP + 2 hours gym. Doing CP for my own fun, but paying that much attention towards it now since some achievements here might increase my chances of getting into the top unis ;)
Your heatmap for the last 40-50 days is dense and inspiring.

I try to solve 3 task every day, when I feel tired, I do nothing for one day.
Everyday I take some time to think about harder problems and upsolve them (most often in the evening). I solve new problems only when I want to.
what does it mean to upsolve a problem ?
try solving problem with higher rating than ours is upsolving
It means solving a problem which you weren't able to solve earlier (for example on contest).
Three questions a day. Hope it keeps you away from grey. :D
Try a problem , can't solve , give up , repeat
Study/solve random MO problems (mainly combinatorics/number theory), and then solve random 2000~2400 rating problems on atcoder using kenkoo.
master beat ::::)
