How you balance the cp with development? How you manage time?

One issue about the Dev and CP is Really a time management and doesn't feel that when I do development then not able to solve the much question daily? Vice-versa is also true. There is burnout. If you were in this phase somewhere can you suggest me some Tips for me & many people like me.

Any Suggestion for me?

I always limit time on the one I am doing first, do CP till 5pm or something and rest of day for dev, or vice versa.

Always do, what you feel like at that point of time. Do, what you love doing at some-moment of time. If you are going to cp think of an achievement that you should achieve before you move to dev.

Same goes to dev also. Set a goal that you should be knowing a certain stack, fully before again moving to cp.
