Technically it didn't happen on the site but a large part of the community was present so I guess it counts for something.

We were at the ICPC 2020 opening ceremony in Moscow, and a few people were called up onto stage (ICPC officials, MIPT coordinators, and Russian ministers), each receiving a polite round of applause. Then all of a sudden it's MikeMirzayanov and the audience erupts into THUNDEROUS clapping and cheering, dwarfing all those who had come before him. Many of us there owed our presence in part to our work we did on this platform, and collectively acknowledging it on a grand stage was an awesome moment for me.
