If you are completely a noob in the programming you may begin with Div.4 and Div.3 rounds and make yourself able to solve at least 4 or 5 problems into these rounds.Then starts doing the problems of Div.2 and always tries some problems which take some of your time(a little harder than previous). It will help you a lot to improve yourself.
