I did not copy manav_30 's solution

I did not send my solutions to him

I was not involved in any malpractices , system has detected some similarities between my code and his code and reported plagiarism . I don't know that guy and my submission time is before his submission time , hence it is clear that I did not copy.

207178017 and 207161318 are the exact same code. This is a clear case of cheating.
